
Ingredients
- Chopped kale
- Garlic Salt
- Avocado Oil
Hand-toss kale, garlic salt and small amount of avocado oil in a bowl. Oil should lightly coat the kale.
Air Fryer
Set Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spread kale on fryer basket. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until leaves are crispy, with brown edges.
Oven
Heat oven to 350°F (170°C) and spread kale over cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until leaves are crispy, with brown edges.
